We are just as amazed! Recycled plastics from our oceans are now creating new life through “ground-breaking” construction technology. Reinforced Structural Insulation Panels are now being used to build Homes, AirBnb’s, ADU’s, Resorts, Offices and more! Designed to not only beat traditional building costs but fire, water, wind, longevity, eco friendliness, and sustainability ratings… AND WE DID!
PROCESS
1. Bottles along with other plastics are cleaned out of our oceans and recycled into Reinforced Structural Insulation Panels.
2. Panels are then molded to specific dimensions and plans (templates and customizable).
3. Once the panels compose the structure frame and finished interior walls, we insulate and waterproof from the EXTERIOR.
4. After waterproofing, a layer of approx 4-8” (depending on region) of high fertilizer/earthbags covers the structure.
5. Exterior finishes of turf, grass, clay, aerocrete, stone, etc., are in the eye of the beholder.

INSTALL WEEKS
1. Pick READY plans or CUSTOMIZE your own!
2. Foundation = Frost walls and pad (Arch weight distribution, min foundation).
3. Panels bolted/sealed together.
4. Liquid rubber sealant at foundation/slab and panel flanges.
5. MEP Conduits/Penetrations.
6. Closed-cell Spray Foam insul. exterior (Panel=R8, additional per local codes).
7. Waterproof sealant/silicone exterior shell.
8. Install drainage/water diversion, finalize and stabilize all MEP connections.
9. Create front retainer wall if needed/desired.
10. Cover 4-6” with high-fertile earth bags.
11. Cover with Bella Bluegrass or Zoysiagrass, which do not exceed 2” growth.
12. Interior partition walls can be constructed of traditional lumber or aluminum stud pockets/studs.
13. MEP’s are connected. HVAC vent soffits and Mini-Splits welcomed.
14. Short Hollow-Wall Anchors for cabinet and decorative furring/hanging.
15. Interior and exterior finishes are limitless on style, material, and design!
